Terms and Conditions

  1. A maximum Transactional Reward of NZ$500 applies per qualifying order, unless otherwise stated. Qualifying order is based on one order per customer. 
  2. Orders must not be split to maximise rewards. If splitting is identified, rewards will be calculated as if the order were submitted in full.
  3. Each DEAL ID can qualify for only one Reward outlined in the table above. Where an order would otherwise meet the criteria for more than one Reward, Entelar Group will contact you to discuss and determine which Reward your order will qualify for.
  4. This promotion applies to orders placed between 12th May, 2025 and 25th July, 2025, or until the total pool of rewards funds has been allocated, whichever occurs earliest.
  5. The total pool of Reward funds available for this Promotion across all IT Partners and all qualifying orders is NZ$13,000.
  6. Entelar Group reserves the right to end or extend the promotion once this amount has been allocated.
  7. Any qualifying order/booking cancelled before it has been fulfilled will be disqualified from the Promotion.
  8. Winners of the Top Sales Rewards will be announced Monday 5th of August 2025.
  9. Payments will be made via Credit Note or Bank Transfer to the IT Partner by the 30th of August 2025, subject to the IT Partner providing acceptable proof of account and any associated information reasonably requested by Entelar Group to verify the IT Partner’s bank account. Entelar Group will not issue physical cash, gift cards or other prizes of monetary value.
  10. For all participating IT Partners: The Top Sales Rewards and all Transactional Rewards must remain property of the intended winner and may not under any circumstances be offered, given, promised or otherwise diverted to anyone other than the intended winner.  “Intended winner” in this context means the IT Partner.  In no circumstances may IT Partner make or promise any payments to any government official or government end customer in order to encourage or incentivise them to place any orders.
  11. This Promotion is only open to Cisco Tier 2 New Zealand and Pacific Island Operating Partners who have a current Reseller Partner Agreement with Entelar Group. Cisco Tier 1 Partners are excluded from this promotion. 

 

12. New Partners are those IT Partners who have never placed an order with Entelar Group.  Dormant Partners are IT Partners who have not placed an order with Entelar Group since April 30th, 2024.
13. Scale ( previously Growth and Acquisition - SMB) orders must meet Cisco’s defined Scale criteria. Please contact your Entelar Group Account Manager to confirm eligibility.

14. IT Partners must comply with all applicable laws when selling Cisco products, including but not limited to the Secret Commissions Act 1910.  IT Partners must clearly disclose in writing as part of your agreement with end customers that you will receive a financial reward from the sale of the relevant products during the term of this Promotion, including from the replacement of competitor products.  IT Partners must keep a record of all such customer disclosures and provide copies to Entelar Group on request.   

15. To qualify for the Competitive Product Displacement, the ordered Cisco products must be replacing competitive products. IT Partners must provide model numbers and serial numbers of the equipment being replaced. Recognised competitors include (but are not limited to): Juniper, Palo Alto, Aruba, and Fortinet. Contact your Account Manager to confirm if other brands are eligible.

14. Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT):
Where rewards or incentives from this promotion are directed to an individual employee (e.g., a salesperson) of a participating IT Partner, the reward may be considered a fringe benefit under New Zealand tax legislation. In such cases, the responsibility for assessing and paying any applicable Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT) lies with the employing organisation (the IT Partner).

Entelar Group will not be liable for any FBT obligations that arise as a result of an IT Partner choosing to pass a Top Sales Reward or Transactional Reward to an employee in whole or part, or otherwise choosing to reward or incentivise an employee in relation to the sale of Cisco products and services. 

We recommend all participating partners consult their internal finance or tax teams to ensure compliance. 

If you elect to use the Rewards to recognise and reward high-performing individuals — please ensure any incentives are distributed in accordance with your company’s tax and HR policies.
