    Terms and Conditions

    1. Promoter
     The promoter of this campaign is Entelar Group Limited (“Entelar Group”), in partnership with Cisco.  
    2. Eligibility

    The Cisco Champion of Champions campaign (“Campaign”) is open to employees of authorised Cisco reseller partners in New Zealand who purchase Cisco products through Entelar Group. Participants do not need to be enrolled in the Cisco Champions Programme.

    Participants must:

    • Be employed by an approved Cisco partner organisation
    • Be aged 18 years or over
    • Be residents of New Zealand

    Employees of Entelar Group and Cisco are not eligible to participate unless otherwise specified.

    3. Campaign Period
    The Campaign will run from March 16 to May 22, 2026 (“Campaign Period”). Only eligible opportunities and sales completed during this period will qualify.
    4. Eligible Activity

    The Campaign rewards partners who displace competitor networking or security solutions with Cisco.

    Eligible activity includes:

    • Identifying customers currently using Cisco competitor solutions
    • Successfully replacing those solutions with Cisco products purchased through Entelar Group during the Campaign Period

    All opportunities must represent a genuine competitive displacement and may be subject to validation by Entelar Group and/or Cisco.

    5. Winner Determination
    The winner will be determined based on the highest total dollar value of validated sales where competitor solutions are replaced with Cisco during the Campaign Period.
     
    The qualifying dollar value will be determined by the total Cisco product revenue purchased through Entelar Group where Cisco replaces a competitor solution. This is assessed on cumulative qualifying product value, not the highest individual order.
     

    In the event of a tie, Entelar Group reserves the right to determine the winner based on additional factors including number of deals, strategic value, or earliest qualifying sale.

    6. Prize

    The prize consists of a trip for two to Vancouver in June, which may include:

    • Return premium economy flights for two
    • Accommodation based on twin share
    • Two Match tickets to watch New Zealand play two different games in the world's biggest football tournament
    • Is not transferable or exchangeable
    • Cannot be redeemed for cash
    • Must be taken on dates specified by Entelar Group

    Full travel details will be determined by Entelar Group.

    The prize:

    Entelar Group reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if required.

    7. Verification

    All qualifying deals will be verified by Entelar Group and Cisco to confirm they represent legitimate competitive displacement.

    Entelar Group reserves the right to:

    • Request supporting documentation
    • Validate the competitor solution being replaced
    • Exclude deals that do not meet campaign criteria
    8. Travel Conditions

    Travel arrangements will be managed by Entelar Group or its nominated travel provider.

    The winner is responsible for:

    • Holding a valid passport
    • Obtaining any required visas
    • Personal travel insurance
    • Any expenses not included in the prize package

    Entelar Group will not be responsible if the winner is unable to travel due to passport, visa, or personal circumstances.

    9. Publicity
     By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity relating to the Campaign, including marketing and PR activity conducted by Entelar Group or Cisco.  
    10. Liability
     To the extent permitted by law, Entelar Group and Cisco are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the Campaign or the prize.  
    11. General

    Entelar Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign if required.

    Entelar Group also reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

    Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
