Terms and Conditions

1. New customers are those who have never placed an order with Entelar Group.  Dormant customers are customers who have not ordered since April 30th, 2023.
2. Qualifying orders for net new (Growth and Acquisition) must meet the qualification criteria outlined by Cisco. Entelar Group can advise on eligibility.
3. Partners will need to prove that Cisco products are replacing a competitive product. Competitors include but not limited to Juniper, Palo Alto, VMWare, Aruba and Fortinet. If partners have queries about other competitors, reach our to your account manager to confirm they are classified as competitive product.
4. Unless otherwise stated, each qualifying order has a maximum reward of $500 per Eligible Order. 
5. Eligible Orders must not be split into smaller orders to increase the rewards payable.  If an order is split, Entelar Group will provide the rewards as if the order had not been split.
6. Each eligible order can qualify for only 1 Reward/Incentive outlined in the table above.
7. Partners must include which reward they want their order to apply to when submitting the PO for that order.
8. The total rewards available for this Promotion is NZ$17,000.
9. Entelar Group has the right to extend/end this Promotion once this amount has been rewarded.
10. Any qualifying order/booking cannot be cancelled.
11. Winners will be announced Thursday 1st August.
12. This Promotion is open to Tier 2 NZ Operating Partners Only. Tier 1 Partners are excluded from this promotion.
