The Captain’s Cup

Cisco Champions: The Captain's Cup ("Promotion") is conducted by Entelar Group ("Entelar Group") in partnership with Cisco ("Cisco"). By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

The Promotion commences at 12:00am NZST on Saturday, 1 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm NZDT on Saturday, 31 October 2026 ("Promotion Period").

No transactions or activities outside the Promotion Period will be eligible unless otherwise approved by Entelar Group.

The Promotion is open to authorised New Zealand Cisco reseller partners who:

• Hold an active trading account with Entelar Group.
• Are invited or approved to participate in the Promotion.
• Purchase eligible Cisco products through Entelar Group during the Promotion Period.
• Meet the qualification requirements for their allocated competition tier.

The Promotion is not open to:

• Cisco employees.
• Entelar Group employees.
• Government agencies purchasing directly.
• End customers.
• Any organisation prohibited from participating under applicable laws or internal procurement policies.

Entelar Group reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

Partners will be allocated to one competition tier prior to the commencement of the Promotion.

Tier allocation is determined by Entelar Group based on historical Cisco purchasing activity.

The tiers are:

Tier allocations are final and cannot be changed during the Promotion unless approved by Entelar Group.

To be eligible for the overall Captain's Cup competition, a partner must achieve the minimum qualifying spend applicable to their allocated tier during the Promotion Period.

Qualifying spend refers to eligible Cisco Bookings made to Entelar Group during the Promotion Period.

Partners who do not reach their qualifying spend target will not be eligible for the overall tier prizes.

The overall competition rewards the partners who achieve the greatest dollar-value growth in Cisco spend during the Promotion Period.

Growth will be measured using Entelar Group sales data.

Growth calculations and rankings are determined solely by Entelar Group.

Entelar Group's decision regarding growth calculations is final.

Unless otherwise advised, all Cisco hardware, software, subscriptions and eligible Cisco services purchased through Entelar Group qualify towards campaign growth.

Products specifically excluded by Entelar Group or Cisco will not contribute towards campaign results.

Entelar Group reserves the right to amend the list of eligible products if required.

Throughout the Promotion, Entelar Group will conduct a series of fortnightly challenges.

Each challenge will have its own:

• eligibility requirements
• qualifying activity
• prize
• winner selection process

Challenge details will be communicated prior to each fortnight.

Participation in a fortnightly challenge does not automatically guarantee eligibility for the overall Captain's Cup competition.

Partners may win both fortnightly prizes and the overall campaign.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Only one entry per qualifying activity will apply.
• Multiple qualifying activities may generate multiple entries where specified.
• Prize substitutions are not permitted.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Prizes are not transferable.

If a prize becomes unavailable, Entelar Group reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

A campaign leaderboard may be published throughout the Promotion.

Leaderboard positions are indicative only and may be updated periodically.

Publication timing is at the discretion of Entelar Group.

Leaderboard rankings remain subject to final validation.

The overall campaign prize consists of invitations to an exclusive private yacht experience hosted by Entelar Group.

Ticket allocations are:

The yacht experience includes:

• Charter access
• Food and beverages
• Entertainment (if applicable)

Travel, accommodation and any expenses not expressly included remain the responsibility of attendees.

The event date is subject to availability and weather conditions.

All campaign results are subject to verification.

Entelar Group reserves the right to:

• validate qualifying transactions
• request supporting documentation
• exclude cancelled or returned orders
• remove duplicate transactions
• investigate unusual purchasing activity

Any attempt to manipulate campaign results may result in disqualification.

Orders that are:

• cancelled
• credited
• refunded
• returned
• not invoiced

will not contribute towards campaign growth.

If qualifying transactions are cancelled after prizes have been awarded, Entelar Group reserves the right to review eligibility.

Entelar Group reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• provides false or misleading information
• breaches these Terms & Conditions
• manipulates campaign results
• acts fraudulently
• engages in conduct that damages the integrity of the Promotion

By accepting a prize, winners agree that Entelar Group and Cisco may:

• publish their company name
• publish photographs taken during the prize event
• use campaign photography and video for future promotional purposes

Participants may request reasonable limitations where required.

Personal information collected during the Promotion will be used for administering the Promotion and communicating with participants.

Information will be handled in accordance with Entelar Group's Privacy Policy and applicable New Zealand privacy legislation.

Except where prohibited by law, Entelar Group and Cisco accept no responsibility for:

• technical failures
• delayed orders
• incorrect submissions
• lost communications
• event cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the replacement of the prize where appropriate.

Entelar Group reserves the right to:

• amend these Terms & Conditions
• modify campaign mechanics
• substitute prizes
• extend or shorten the Promotion
• suspend or cancel the Promotion

where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside its control or where required to preserve the fairness and integrity of the Promotion.

All decisions made by Entelar Group regarding:

• eligibility
• tier allocation
• qualifying spend
• leaderboard rankings
• prize allocation
• winner selection

are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
