Terms and Conditions

Pure & Secure is a promotion run by Entelar Group Limited (“Entelar Group”). 

Participants will receive rewards for the purchase of certain products in form of cash loaded onto a Prezzy Card. The promotion relates to the purchase of specific products during a specified period of time. 

The promotion will be based on how many qualifying products are purchased. Subject to these terms and conditions and the terms and condition for the relevant Promotion, Promotion rewards will be based on the amount of qualifying products purchased.  

Promotion ends and final date for Purchase Orders will be November 29, 2024

Entelar Group reserves the right to discontinue the promotion at any time. If Pure & Secure is discontinued, any rewards earnt by a participant before the Promotion ends will be rewarded to the participant in accordance with these terms and conditions.

  • Pure & Secure is open to participants over 18 years old who are employed by, and who have permission from, eligible Entelar Group resellers (“Reseller”). 
  • To be eligible, a Reseller must: 
  • have a current account with Entelar Group; and 
  • be based in New Zealand or the Pacific Islands (unless otherwise agreed by Entelar Group). 
  • A Reseller may have more than one participant. If a Reseller has multiple participants, it is the responsibility of the Reseller to decide which participant can claim the rewards for each purchase order. 
  • There may be a minimum order requirement for, and/or limited products included. 
  • Purchase orders will be eligible if they are received by Entelar Group between the start and end dates (“Eligible Orders”). Backorders placed before the promotion end date will not be eligible. 
  • Entelar Group will make reasonable efforts to keep the availability of products up to date here. However, Entelar Group is not responsible to participants if stock is no longer available. 
  • Once a Prezzy Card is issued to a participant, neither the Prezzy Card nor its balance is transferable to another party.  
  • Each Prezzy Card is valid for one year. 
  • Only one participant per Reseller can claim rewards for an Eligible Order. 
  • Participants must use the reference code ‘PURESECURE24’ on all Purchase Orders 
  • Eligible Orders must not be split into smaller orders to increase the rewards payable. If an order is split, Entelar Group will provide the rewards as if the order had not been split. 
  • All rewards claims will be checked against corresponding invoices and qualification criteria by Entelar Group. 
  • Once approved the participant will receive the appropriate preloaded Prezzy Card 
  • All rewards are applicable while stocks last.
  • Maximum reward per order is NZ$500
  • The total rewards available for this Promotion is NZ$5,000. Entelar Group has the right to extend/end this Promotion once this amount has been rewarded.
