The Promotional period is 1st June until the 30th June, 2025.

Any personal information collected by Entelar Group as part of this promotion will be used to facilitate this Promotion and otherwise held by Entelar Group in accordance with its privacy policy. Participants have the right to access, update and correct such information.   

The Promotion is open to participants over 18 years old who are employed by, and who have permission from, an eligible Entelar Group resellers (“Reseller”).   

Entelar Group reserves the right to modify, extend or discontinue the Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice. The "prize" included in the Promotion may be changed or substituted at any time.

To be eligible, a Reseller must:  

• have a current account with Entelar Group and  
• be based in New Zealand.

This promotion is open to Tier 2 Partners only 

Purchase orders will be eligible if they are received by Entelar Group within the Promotional Period (1st June until 30th June 2025) (“Eligible Orders”).  

 The Prize is not redeemable for cash.

1. Each person travelling (including the winner and their travelling companion, together “travellers”) pursuant to the prize must be at least 18 years or older.
2. Flight tickets are available on regular scheduled airline services. The flight itinerary may have to be adjusted depending on the airline's departure city and current flight schedule.  Entelar Group is not responsible for any flight delays, changes, or cancellations, and disclaims any and all liability for any inconvenience, loss, or damage arising from such airline-related issues – including in the event that the winner is not able to attend the Wellington Phoenix vs Wrexham match as a result.  Participants are advised to consider travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may affect their travel plans.
3. Any changes made by the winner to travel dates or additional accommodation beyond the 1-night accommodation specified in the prize details, which incur additional costs, are to be paid by the prize winner.
4. 
   The travellers will be responsible for all expenses including but not limited to spending money, meals, drinks, transport, activities, incidentals, taxes (excluding any flight associated taxes included within the prize), gratuities, services charges, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize.
5. The winner accepts the prize at their own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Entelar Group excludes any liability it may have to you arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this competition.

 

Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT):
Where rewards or incentives from this promotion are directed to an individual employee (e.g., a salesperson) of a participating IT Partner, the reward may be considered a fringe benefit under New Zealand tax legislation. In such cases, the responsibility for assessing and paying any applicable Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT) lies with the employing organisation (the IT Partner).

Entelar Group will not be liable for any FBT obligations that arise as a result of an IT Partner choosing to pass the Prize to an employee in whole or part, or otherwise choosing to reward or incentivise an employee in relation to the sale of Cisco products and services. 

We recommend all participating partners consult their internal finance or tax teams to ensure compliance. 

If you elect to use the Prize to recognise and reward high-performing individuals — please ensure any incentives are distributed in accordance with your company’s tax and HR policies.
