#### In the latest episode of Totally Connected, we have a conversation with [Jacques Botes, Entelar Group's Chief Delivery Officer](https://www.linkedin.com/in/jacquesbotes/).
We discuss his journey from South Africa and his role in advancing New Zealand's telecommunications, from the XT network to 5G.
Jacques shares his insights on managing a diverse, high-risk workforce and Entelar Group's commitment to safety. We also explore the challenges of an ageing workforce, the importance of investing in youth, and initiatives to encourage more women in the industry.
Plus, we touch on exciting projects, like our work with Amazon's Project Kuiper to bring satellite broadband to rural areas. Tune in for a deep dive into the future of telecommunications!
