Terms & Conditions – Cisco Champions League Campaign 

1. Promoter
   This Promotion is run by Entelar Group Limited (“Entelar Group”), Level 3, 46 Sales Street, Auckland, New Zealand.
2. Promotional Period
   The Promotion runs from 18 August 2025 to 31 January 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
3. Eligibility
   To be eligible for this Promotion, a Reseller must:

• Have agreed to participate in the Entelar Group Cisco Champions League Campaign. 

• Have a current account with Entelar Group. 

• Be based in New Zealand, New Caledonia, Polynesia, or the Pacific Islands (unless otherwise agreed by Entelar Group). 

• Be a Tier 2 Partner only. 

• Ensure participants are aged 18 years or older, employed by the Reseller, and have permission from their employer to participate. 

• Be a registered partner of Entelar Group. 

4. Eligible Orders
   Purchase orders will be eligible for the specified revenue target if received by Entelar Group within the Promotional Period (“Eligible Orders”).
    
5. Rewards & Incentives

• To qualify for the certification reimbursement incentive, participants must meet the specified revenue target and complete the required number of Cisco Black Belt Trainings. 
• All training sponsorship will be conducted by Cisco U. https://u.cisco.com/certifications

• Certification reimbursement applies only when the participant successfully passes the relevant Cisco certification exam (CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE). Proof of exam pass must be submitted to Entelar Group before reimbursement is processed. 

• Additional prizes include: 

• Complete Blackbelt trainings during the promotion period to earn Cisco & Entelar Branded merchandise: For any trainings completed during the promotional period, registered individuals will be rewarded with Cisco and Entelar Group branded backpacks with additional merchandise items included. While stocks last. maximum one pack per person. 

• Most Blackbelt Trainings Completed at the end of promotion period: The partner who has completed the most blackbelt trainings at the end of the promotion period will be entitled to a team lunch up to $1,000. To qualify for this reward, partners will need to provide proof of blackbelt trainings completed  

• All rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated. 

6. General Conditions

• Entelar Group reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions. 

• Entelar Group reserves the right to modify, extend, or discontinue the Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice. Rewards may be changed or substituted at any time. 

• By participating, you authorise Entelar Group to communicate the incentives that are part of this Promotion to your employees. Employees may opt out of these communications at any time. 

• Any personal information collected by Entelar Group as part of this Promotion will be used to facilitate the Promotion and otherwise held in accordance with Entelar Group’s privacy policy, available at [link]. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy.  Participants have the right to access, update, and correct such information as set out in the policy. 
   

7. Governing Law
   These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
