3. Programme Structure

Participants will progress through reward tiers (e.g. Sidekick, Champion, Superhero) based on their engagement and performance for the past 12 months. Criteria for progression may include, but are not limited to:

• Number of qualifying purchases

• Participation in training modules

• Promotional or marketing activity

Details of specific rewards or requirements for each tier will be communicated directly to participants and may change at our discretion.

4. Rewards
Rewards may include (but are not limited to):

• Access to product roadmaps

• Training opportunities

• Marketing support*

• Exclusive merchandise or incentives*

All rewards are subject to availability and may be substituted or modified at any time.

Rewards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

* All MDF and merchandising requests are subject to application and approval.

5. Programme Duration
This programme is ongoing until further notice. Entelar Energy reserves the right to modify or end the programme at any time without prior notice.

6. Compliance
Participants must act in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws and industry regulations. We reserve the right to remove participants from the Programme at our discretion for any behaviour deemed unethical, fraudulent, or non-compliant.

7. Data and Privacy
By registering, participants agree that their data may be used by Entelar Energy for the purposes of Programme management, communication, and promotion. All personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Where you receive sales lead information from us, you agree that you will keep that information secure and confidential, and not disclose it to any other parties.  You must only use this sales lead information for the purpose of contacting that customer to respond to their installation query, and at all times in accordance with applicable law and any other directions from Entelar Group.  You agree to comply with the Privacy Act 2020 for any personal information we share with you.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Use of Name
By joining the programme, you agree Entelar Energy may use your registered “Superhero Name” and business name in promotional materials.

What is MDF?

✅ You will be eligible for marketing funding support equivalent to 1% of the value of your Entelar Energy purchases from your distributor, which can be used for marketing initiatives
✅ Helps you promote Entelar Energy products locally
✅ Must be applied for and pre-approved

What We Fund:

• Co-branded print, digital, or social campaigns
• Promotional events or trade displays
• Website updates promoting Entelar Energy
• Flyers, POS displays, and sales tools
• Lead-generation advertising campaigns

What We Don’t Fund:

• General business costs
• Unbranded promotions
• Unapproved spend
• Sponsorships or unrelated activities

How to Apply:

1. Submit Application:
   ➔ Include activity details, budget, and expected results.
   ➔ Apply at least 3 weeks before your event or activity.
2. Review:
   ➔ Entelar Energy checks fit with brand and past fund use.
3. Notification:
   ➔ Outcome in 10 business days (full, partial, or declined).
4. Execution and Claim:
   ➔ Complete activity, submit receipts and proof (photos, leads, stats).
   ➔ Reimbursement after review.

Key Conditions:

• MDF is limited and subject to approval
• Funding capped based on your sales volume
• Only one MDF approval per campaign
• Extra funding may be available — but not guaranteed.
